Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Our Fair Refund Philosophy
At BRAINUI SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, customer transparency and fair business practices are foundational to everything we build. Because our offerings range from off-the-shelf software applications to highly customized enterprise audits and live intensive workshops, our refund terms are tailored clearly by product category.
2. SuperCalm App (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
For consumer digital software licenses of the SuperCalm App (including Single Device and Family Pack licenses):
14-Day Software Guarantee: If within fourteen (14) days from your license delivery or activation date you feel SuperCalm has not met your expectations, you are entitled to request a 100% full refund.
- How to claim: Email ravi@brainuisolutions.com with your order confirmation or purchase email.
- Deactivation: Upon processing your refund, the associated license key will be deactivated.
3. SuperAudit (Conditional 3-Day Customization Policy)
For SuperAudit (including custom UX audit reports, platform deployments, and bespoke dashboard integrations):
Conditional 3-Day Cancellation Window: A full refund may be requested within three (3) calendar days of placing your order, provided that custom engineering, brand customization, or analysis work has not commenced.
- Customization Non-Refundable: Once your order is placed and customization to your branding (including logo integration, domain mapping, custom themes, or bespoke metric instrumentation) has commenced or been completed, no refund and no partial refund will be issued.
- Post-Delivery Non-Refundable: Once the final audit findings, tailored dashboard access, or deployment packages have been delivered to you, the service is deemed fully completed and is strictly non-refundable.

4. AI Development Bootcamps & Training Programs
For live cohort-based workshops and AI engineering training programs:
- Cancellation Before Kickoff: If you request cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the first scheduled live session of your cohort, you will receive a full 100% refund.
- Weekend Intensive Modules: Module cancellation requests must be received before 6:00 PM IST on the Friday immediately preceding that specific weekend session.
- Full-Time Program Plan: If after attending the first live module you feel the curriculum does not suit your learning style, you may request cancellation before the second module commences, minus a standard non-refundable registration and resource provisioning fee.
5. Bespoke Web Application Engineering & Sprints
For custom software engineering contracts and dedicated client development sprints:
- Milestone Sign-Off: Work is delivered in agreed sprints. Fees associated with reviewed and accepted milestones are non-refundable.
- Early Project Cancellation: Either party may terminate ongoing services with 14 days written notice. You will only be billed for completed, accepted work up to the cancellation effective date.
6. Payment Gateway Processing & Timelines
Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wire Transfer) through our payment gateway partners:
- Review & Approval: We review and initiate eligible refund requests within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Banking Credit Timeline: Funds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
- Tax Reversals: Appropriate GST credit notes will be issued electronically to your registered billing email address.
